3、 Installation and commissioning of movable single-stage emulsion pump:
1. Check for high shear dispersionemulsifierWhether the import and export seals are intact, and whether there are any debris, metal shavings, or other substances that may damage the equipment mixed into the machine body.
2. Check for any damage to the motor and the entire machine during transportation or delivery, and install safety contact electrical devices when connecting the power switch.
3. Before connecting the inlet and outlet of this equipment to the process pipeline, the process pipeline should be cleaned first. Only after ensuring that the process pipeline is free of hard substances such as welding slag, metal shavings, glass shavings, quartz sand, etc. that may damage the equipment, can it be connected to this machine.
4. The selection of installation location for RH pipeline equipment should be based on the nearest part of the container, such as the bottom of the container. Make the pipeline simple and direct, and minimize the use of elbow pipeline components as much as possible. Thus reducing the resistance of materials during circulation.
5. The installation position of WRL intermittent equipment should be kept perpendicular and horizontal to the container. When tilting, it must be well sealed to prevent moisture, dust, dampness, and explosion.
6. Before starting up, first rotate the spindle, and feel that the weight is uniform, flexible, and there are no other friction or abnormal sounds.
7. When installing SRH pipeline equipment on pipelines, the inlet and outlet pipelines adopt a quick installation clamp union structure.
8. After all the above tasks are completed, start the power supply device and repeatedly turn on and off to check if the motor direction is consistent with the direction mark of the drive shaft. It is strictly prohibited to reverse or idle. If the machine operates normally, it can be used for production.
